10 best happy hours in Las Vegas: Strip & Downtown

GOOD TIMING. GREAT NIGHT.

Strip & downtownHappy hours

THE STRIP & DOWNTOWN · YOUR NIGHT, YOUR WAY

The best happy hour is one you can actually use. These ten Vegas Bible picks pair appealing settings with published offers, from an early margarita at the LINQ to a daily downtown wine stop. The deal, local-time window and important restrictions sit together, so you can choose around your day rather than a headline price.

Official venue information checked 1 November 2026.
Draft beers pictured on Virgil’s Real Barbecue official menu01Strip
The LINQ Promenade

Virgil’s Real Barbecue

An early weekday beer or margarita

Virgil’s offers a happy-hour reason to pause along The LINQ Promenade: familiar beer and margarita choices with the option of adding barbecue. The important detail is where you sit, because the published deal applies in the bar area. Choose it for a manageable afternoon stop while exploring the centre of the Strip, then check the qualifying drinks rather than assuming the entire menu is discounted. It is an especially useful comparison when your group wants food as well as a round.

Deal
$6 selected draft beers; $7 Virgil’s Margarita, frozen strawberry margarita or Kicked Up Tea. Happy-hour wine is $8.
When
Monday–Thursday, 2pm–5pm, at the bar.

Qualifying happy-hour items only; other cocktails have different prices. Bar seating required. Allow for tax and gratuity.
Margarita at El Segundo Sol in Las Vegas02Strip
Fashion Show Las Vegas · North Strip

El Segundo Sol

A $6.50 margarita in the bar

El Segundo Sol brings a Mexican-food angle to an afternoon drinks stop by Fashion Show. Its published Loco Hour is most useful to visitors whose plans already take them to this part of the Strip, rather than anyone travelling across the city just for a small saving. Check the qualifying margaritas and the designated bar seating before committing: the attractive restaurant setting does not make every seat eligible for the offer. Add any food, tax and tip when comparing the whole stop.

Deal
$6.50 on-the-rocks house margarita or selected frozen margaritas.
When
Sunday–Thursday, 3pm–6pm, in the bar.

Terms
Bar area only, first come, first served. Tax and gratuity are not included in the operator’s listed happy-hour prices.
Seasonal Old Fashioned from RPM Italian’s official cocktail menu03Strip
The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace

RPM Italian

A more polished cocktail stop for $8

RPM Italian is an appealing way to explore a polished restaurant bar without making a full dinner reservation the centre of your plans. Its social-hour selection gives you specific lower-priced drinks to compare, with an early weekday window that can fit before another evening booking. Treat the offer as its own menu, not a discount across the whole restaurant. Ask for the eligible bar seating and confirm the current selection before deciding whether the drinks and optional small plates suit your group.

Deal
$5 selected 12oz beers; $8 selected signature cocktails and wines by the glass. Dirty/Espresso Martinis are $12.
When
Monday–Friday, 3pm–5pm, in the bar.

Bar area only, first come, first served. The operator excludes tax and gratuity from published happy-hour prices.
Blondies Sports Bar and Grill storefront inside Miracle Mile Shops04Strip
Miracle Mile Shops · Planet Hollywood

Blondies Sports Bar & Grill

Comparing a fixed-price happy-hour package

Blondies is worth considering when an afternoon drinks package suits the group better than ordering separate premium cocktails. The advertised happy hour has a defined weekday window and a limited included selection, so start by checking that the beers and well spirits are actually what you want. Its Miracle Mile location makes it straightforward to combine with other central-Strip plans. Major sporting events can override the normal offer, which makes a quick check particularly useful before arranging a group visit around it.

Deal
$20 all-you-can-drink domestic drafts and well drinks during the qualifying happy hour.
When
Monday–Friday, 3pm–6pm.
Practical details & Vegas Bible tip

Major sporting events, including March Madness and UFC, can suspend happy hour. Limited to qualifying drinks; confirm cover, tax and gratuity.
Gatsby’s Cocktail Lounge inside Resorts World Las Vegas05Strip
Resorts World

Gatsby’s Cocktail Lounge · Happy Hour

An Art Deco lounge with a daily offer

Gatsby’s is a good fit when atmosphere matters as much as the saving. Its daily happy hour places selected cocktails and wine inside an Art Deco-inspired lounge at Resorts World, with a sculptural bar that gives an ordinary pre-dinner stop a sense of occasion. The published $12 cocktail list is particularly useful if you want to compare specific drinks before sitting down. This is a destination-lounge offer, so judge it against the experience you want rather than the cheapest beer elsewhere.

Deal
$12 selected specialty cocktails; $8 selected Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Prosecco.
When
Daily, 4pm–6pm.

21+ with valid ID. Walk-ins subject to availability; reservations recommended for larger groups and busy dates. Selections can change; budget tax and tip separately.
Interior of Electra Cocktail Club at The Palazzo06Strip
The Palazzo

Electra Cocktail Club · Social Hour

A $7 drink menu with a casino-lounge setting

Electra’s Social Hour is an appealing way to try a Palazzo cocktail lounge without starting with the full evening menu. The resort currently advertises $7 beers, cocktails and wines during its weekday window. That gives mixed groups a simple price point while keeping the surroundings more polished than a basic beer counter. We would choose it when already exploring The Venetian and Palazzo, then check the qualifying drinks and that day’s entertainment before settling in.

Deal
The resort advertises $7 beers, $7 cocktails and $7 wines for Social Hour.
When
Monday–Thursday, 3pm–6pm.

Confirm the qualifying Social Hour selection and any event-day changes. Full-menu orders can cost more; allow for tax and gratuity.
Happy Camper’s colourful dining room and disco-ball decor in Las Vegas07Strip
Fashion Show Las Vegas

Happy Camper · Happy Hour

A colourful patio-party mood with an $11 cocktail selection

Happy Camper is a good fit when you want happy hour to feel sociable rather than formal. The Las Vegas menu pairs selected $11 cocktails with $6 drafts and $9 wine by the glass, in a setting built around pizza, a party patio and playful decor. We would choose it for an afternoon catch-up with friends already exploring the North Strip. Check the actual happy-hour list before ordering, because the main drinks menu includes plenty of differently priced options.

Deal
$6 selected drafts, $9 wine by the glass and $11 selected cocktails. Happy-hour sliders and fries have separate prices.
When
Sunday–Thursday, 3pm–6pm.

Terms
Qualifying happy-hour menu only, not Friday/Saturday or the entire drinks list. Operator’s published happy-hour prices exclude tax and gratuity.
Mon Ami Gabi’s official Las Vegas happy-hour food and drinks photograph08Strip
Paris Las Vegas

Mon Ami Gabi · L’Apéro

A French-bistro afternoon in the Pavilion

Mon Ami Gabi adds a different mood to this list: a French-bistro happy hour where a spritz, French 75 or selected beer can accompany a small plate. The venue publishes both the qualifying drinks and the Pavilion seating restriction, making it useful for an intentional mid-afternoon stop at Paris. We would choose it when the setting and food matter alongside the saving. Do not plan around the famous outdoor patio, because the offer applies to specific indoor areas.

Deal
Published examples: $6.95 selected beer; $10.95 French 75, Aperol Spritz or selected Sauvignon Blanc. Other happy-hour items vary.
When
Monday–Thursday, 3pm–5pm.

Interior of Bin 702 at Downtown Container Park09Downtown
Downtown Container Park · Fremont East

Bin 702

A daily happy hour with clear drink tiers

Bin 702 is a useful downtown happy-hour stop when you would like the surroundings to feel different from a casino lounge. The Container Park setting gives the visit a clear destination, while the published draft, well-drink and wine offers make the comparison straightforward. Choose the drink category that suits you and check the actual selection with the bartender. The value is in matching the offer to an afternoon already spent downtown, with time to enjoy the park rather than rushing between distant resorts.

Deal
$5 selected local pints, $6 selected well drinks, $7 selected glasses of wine and $20 selected wine bottles.
When
Daily, 3pm–6pm.

Only the beers, spirits and wines listed in the happy-hour selection qualify. Confirm current stock; budget for tax and gratuity.
Pizza Rock in downtown Las Vegas10Downtown
Downtown Las Vegas · Near Downtown Grand

Pizza Rock

A large PBR with a sit-down food option

Pizza Rock works well when the group would like an afternoon drink alongside something substantial to eat. Its happy-hour menu is specific about eligible days, drinks and exclusions, so it rewards reading the small print before choosing a table. The oversized PBR offer also illustrates why price alone is not a fair comparison with a normal small bottle elsewhere. Check serving size, the current food choices and special-event restrictions, then decide whether this is the right downtown stop for your plans.

Deal
$5 PBR 25oz beer; $2 off selected wines by the glass and Modelo, Big Dogs and Sierra Nevada. Selected cocktails are $10.
When
Monday–Thursday, 3pm–6pm.

Not available on holidays or special events. Discounts apply to named selections; food, tax and gratuity are separate.
PLAN YOUR NIGHT WITH CONFIDENCE

10 best happy hours in Las Vegas: your questions

Which Las Vegas happy hours run every day?

Among these picks, Gatsby’s publishes a daily 4–6pm offer and Bin 702 publishes daily 3–6pm specials. The other offers have weekday or Sunday–Thursday schedules. Always check the venue’s current page rather than assuming a promotion applies on the weekend.

Does happy hour apply at every table?

No. Virgil’s specifies the bar; El Segundo Sol and RPM Italian also restrict their offers to the bar area. Ask for qualifying seating before ordering. A reservation for ordinary dining does not automatically confirm happy-hour eligibility.

What happens if there is a major sporting event?

Blondies’ official Miracle Mile listing says happy hour can pause during major sports events, including March Madness and UFC. Pizza Rock excludes holidays and special events. Check the promotion for your exact date before making it the centre of your plans.

Can I order any cocktail at the advertised price?

Usually there is a specified selection. For example, RPM lists selected signature cocktails at $8 while Dirty and Espresso Martinis are $12. Gatsby’s names five $12 happy-hour cocktails. Ask for the actual promotional menu and specify the drink you want.

Should I compare the offer or the final bill?

Compare both. Drink size, food, tax, gratuity, upgrades and any package cover can change the total. One carefully chosen nearby stop may be better value than paying for transport to save a few dollars. The times here use Las Vegas local time.
