Attach your number to a direct booking

Qualifying room rates and resort fees earn one Tier Credit and one Reward Credit per $1 when booked direct. Be the primary guest and add your number before checkout. Caesars says hotel credits can take about ten business days after checkout to post. Save the folio until they appear.

If $600 of a bill qualifies, that earns 600 of each credit before any bonus. The Reward Credits are worth about $6 at a 100-to-$1 outlet. Compare the full direct and third-party prices if you are deciding where to book.

Ask before charging a meal to your room

Participating restaurants, retailers and other outlets generally earn one Tier Credit and one Reward Credit per eligible $1. The way a bill is settled can affect which credits you earn. Show your card when you pay and ask the venue how to get credit for that purchase, especially if you would normally sign it to your room.

On the casino floor, Caesars typically awards one of each credit per $5 of slot coin-in or $10 on video poker. Some machines earn at a lower rate. At a standard slot, 100 spins at $2 each total $200 coin-in and earn 40 Tier Credits and about 40 Reward Credits before bonuses. Your cash result depends on the payouts, and the same money can be wagered again. Table-game ratings depend on the game, average bet and time played.

Use the folio when it serves a purpose

Many Caesars restaurants let you send a bill to your room at another Caesars Vegas property. Ask before ordering. A room charge can keep eligible items together for an offer or a host to review. Caesars also says upgrades and room charges during your stay may be excluded from hotel Tier Credit earning. Ask the outlet to confirm which credits apply and show your card before the bill is settled. The programme excludes taxes, tips, service charges and comped amounts from eligible hospitality spend.

Which way earns the most credits?

Start with eligible spending already in your budget. At published base rates, $500 in qualifying hotel or dining spend earns 500 Tier Credits and 500 Reward Credits. $500 in coin-in on a standard reel slot earns 100 of each before bonuses. The same coin-in at the standard video poker rate earns 50 of each. Hotel and dining spend buy something you can use. Coin-in measures total bets and can be much higher than the cash you brought.

Live table games are rated on game type, average bet and session length. Give the dealer or supervisor your card at the start so they can track you. For live poker, Caesars bases Tier Credits on game type and time played. Ask the poker room how its cash games and tournaments are rated and where to register your card. Electronic table game earning can also vary by game. Compare credits from the activities you already planned before changing how you spend or play.

Four thresholds, one daily bonus

Earn 500 qualifying Tier Credits for 125 extra, or 1,000 for 1,000 extra. The higher steps are 2,500 for 5,000 extra and 5,000 for 10,000 extra. A qualifying day with 2,500 base credits adds 7,500 to your score, and one with 5,000 adds 15,000. Caesars applies the highest qualifying bonus for that day.

The casino sets its promotional-day cut-off. Ask the Rewards Center when it rolls over. Multiplier credits, online activity, sportsbook play and manual adjustments are excluded from the daily bonus calculation. A daily bonus grows your Tier Score. It has no Reward Credit spending value.

Watch the posting date on hospitality spend

Caesars says some qualifying dining, shopping, spa and entertainment spend can count on the day those credits post. Nightly room rates and resort fees are excluded from this hospitality bonus calculation. Check with the desk before counting on restaurant spend to post alongside play on a particular day.

Check the terms for a separately advertised multiplier or seasonal promotion. The promotion may need an app registration or a kiosk swipe, and the bonus may post well after your trip.

If your account shows 900 qualifying Tier Credits today and a $100 eligible meal is already in your plans, check that the meal will earn and post before the cut-off. If it takes you to 1,000 qualifying credits, the daily bonus becomes 1,000 instead of 125. Keep the timing of a purchase flexible where you can and leave room in your budget if it posts later.

Check the outlet and the rate before you order

At 100 Reward Credits per $1, a 10,000-credit balance covers $100 of eligible charges. At the published in-casino Free Play rate of 200 credits per $1, the same balance buys $50 of Free Play. The venue directory lists participating outlets and can help you spot different redemption rates. Ask staff to confirm the rate before you pay, and have your Rewards card and photo ID handy.

When a hotel booking offers a Reward Credits payment option, compare that price with the signed-in cash rate. A complimentary room offer is separate and does not deduct Reward Credits just for redeeming the offer. The reservation still sets out any taxes, resort fees or other charges you owe.

Set a reminder if you visit from the UK

Caesars can expire your Reward Credits after six months without a Reward Credit earned and posted to your account. Check your last earning date while you are signed in. Spending some of the balance, checking the app and holding a higher tier are different from earning a credit.

If your next Vegas trip is more than six months away, consider redeeming while you are there. If you plan to earn through a partner, verify your eligibility and when the credit will post. The yearly Tier Score reset follows a separate timetable.

Book the right table for the Celebration Dinner

The $100 Diamond dinner is a single voucher for each benefit year, which runs from 1 February to 31 January. Pick a participating Caesars-owned restaurant and confirm eligibility before booking. The voucher covers eligible dine-in food and drinks, with alcohol restrictions at some locations. Taxes and tips are separate, and any unused amount is forfeited.

If your eligible bill is $80, you cannot save the remaining $20 for lunch the next day. With Seven Stars, you can use the five $100 vouchers over different eligible meals. Check your account or ask the Rewards Center to confirm your voucher has been issued, particularly after a match.

Check the waiver, parking and what your room includes

The resort-fee waiver applies to one room per eligible member per stay where available. If you are booking two rooms or reserving through another site, ask the hotel how it will apply. Ask which amenities are included if you are relying on anything in the resort-fee package.

Platinum and above have complimentary self-parking and valet at many locations. Take your physical card if you are driving, check the specific garage and ask about event-day rules. The 72-hour room guarantee advertised for Las Vegas and Atlantic City can come with blackout dates and the prevailing room rate.

Find a Laurel Lounge and check the entry rules

Caesars publishes complimentary Laurel Lounge access for Diamond Plus, Diamond Elite and Seven Stars where a lounge is available. Diamond members may be charged. Some locations cap complimentary access at one visit per day and may charge for extra guests or visits. Confirm hours, guest limits, what is served and whether you need your card and photo ID before heading over.

The public Caesars directory includes the Roman Lounge at Caesars Atlantic City, the Harbor Club at Harrah’s Atlantic City and the Coastline Club at Tropicana Atlantic City, alongside other regional locations. It currently lists no Las Vegas location. Use the directory and ask your property for current availability before planning a lounge stop on the Strip.

Where to go for VIP check-in

The Caesars benefits chart lists priority lines for Diamond, Diamond Plus, Diamond Elite and Seven Stars at hotel check-in, participating restaurants, casino cages and Rewards Centers. At your hotel, look for Diamond or VIP check-in signs, or ask the lobby staff which line is staffed. Have your own Rewards card, photo ID and reservation confirmation ready. A separate VIP registration room can have its own access rules and hours, and a Laurel Lounge is a different venue.

Priority gets you to a check-in agent sooner when the line is operating. The early check-in and late checkout benefits depend on availability. A mobile or self-service check-in option, where offered for your reservation, is another way to check in. If a waiver or credit needs sorting out, speak to staff and confirm it on the reservation before settling the bill.

Check your Vegas drink offers

For a Vegas drink voucher or lounge credit, check your own Caesars app and ask the Rewards Center about current participating bars, eligible drinks, what to show and how the offer refreshes. Confirm before ordering. The nationwide Laurel Lounge benefit chart leaves local drink offers and their limits to the property.

Caesars Palace

The May 2026 resort map marks Diamond Check-In, Seven Stars Hotel Check-In and Seven Stars Valet and Limos Only, as well as Flora Lounge and express check-in. Follow the directions on your reservation or ask staff which desk to use. Caesars has separately announced a new VIP Check-In Lounge for premium hospitality and gaming guests. Its October 2026 announcement still described that lounge as upcoming, so confirm its opening and your access with the hotel.

Nobu Hotel at Caesars Palace

For a Nobu booking, follow the Nobu Hotel Check-In signs. Caesars’ fact sheet describes a dedicated Nobu lobby, where a concierge escorts hotel guests to the private front desk and lounge on the 72nd floor. This arrival service is for Nobu Hotel guests. Caesars Rewards priority lines for other Caesars Palace stays have their own locations.

Paris Las Vegas

The official map identifies Diamond Check-In in the hotel lobby area near Hotel Registration. It also gives a Horseshoe lobby route for Versailles Tower check-in and access. Check your room confirmation for the right entrance and ask which desk handles priority arrivals for your reservation.

Flamingo Las Vegas

Caesars announced an upgraded VIP check-in area as part of Flamingo’s lobby redesign. Start at hotel registration and ask staff where Diamond and higher tiers should check in. The announcement gives no dedicated lounge admission rules or opening hours, so confirm those directly before relying on a separate room.

Harrah’s Las Vegas

Caesars’ published map marks Diamond Registration on the first floor, separately from the front desk. Ask staff which registration desk is staffed when you arrive. The map also labels a historical second-floor Diamond Lounge. Harrah’s Las Vegas is absent from the current Laurel Lounge directory, so confirm any current lounge or drink benefit at the Rewards Center.

Horseshoe Las Vegas

Start at Horseshoe Hotel Registration for a Horseshoe room and ask for the current Diamond priority line. Some Paris Versailles Tower arrivals also use the Horseshoe lobby, so check the hotel and tower on your reservation. Caesars’ current public materials do not confirm a separate rewards lounge here.

The LINQ Hotel + Casino

The resort map marks the front desk and a self check-in and checkout kiosk. For the tier priority line, start with the staffed hotel desk and show your Rewards card. Caesars’ public map and Laurel Lounge directory give no separate rewards lounge to plan around at The LINQ.

Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino

Go to hotel registration and ask where the Diamond or higher-tier line is operating. If a host or suite confirmation gives a separate arrival location, use those instructions. The current public property information and Laurel Lounge directory give no confirmed tier lounge or separate public VIP reception schedule.

The Vanderpump Hotel

Use the hotel arrival instructions for the former Cromwell property and ask reception about priority check-in. Caesars’ opening announcement gives no separate tier lounge or VIP reception details. Any private arrival or event access should be confirmed on the booking or invitation.

Understand what pays for your room

A member rate is a discount you pay for. A Reward Credit redemption spends your balance. A personalised room comp is an offer based on current tracked play and available rooms. Using a comp offer leaves your Reward Credit balance intact. Read the reservation for resort fees, taxes, dates and any included Free Play or dining credit. A discounted or comped room can still leave a balance to pay.

Caesars says its Vegas marketing team considers factors such as how much and how long you played. A tier or a recent win or loss alone cannot tell you what your account will be offered. Use your own Rewards card and confirm that the machine or table has recorded it if you want eligible play tracked.

Find your offers in the Caesars app

Sign in to the Caesars Rewards app or website and open Profile, then My Offers. Check the right property, the booking deadline and the travel dates. Some offers need to be accepted or activated. Save the confirmation so you can check which restaurant, kiosk or desk handles redemption.

Caesars says regional marketing offers are usually generated around eight to twelve weeks in advance based on individual activity. Your account can change at different times depending on the market and offer. Check before you book and again before you travel. The Reward Credit balance has its own Last Updated date in the app profile.

When a casino host can help

Caesars says its Las Vegas Casino Marketing team contacts players who qualify for a host based on tracked play. If you already have a host, send the dates and property you are considering and ask what can be confirmed before you book. If you are on property, you can ask for the host on duty. The benefits chart explicitly lists a guaranteed VIP host for Seven Stars.

If you want a review of eligible charges after playing, contact your host or the host on duty before settling the hotel bill. Ask what can be covered, whether it will use your own Reward Credits and what remains due. A discretionary checkout comp depends on the property and account, so budget for the full bill until it is confirmed.

Check what your promotional offer requires

Promotional Free Slot Play is a wagering credit that may be listed in My Offers or bundled with a room offer. Check the casino, eligible dates, games and whether you need a reservation under the offer code. Caesars says most Vegas offers can be redeemed without a paper coupon. If your offer calls for one, bring photo ID to the Rewards Center and ask for help.

Follow the offer’s activation instructions. Depending on the property and offer, you may be directed to a kiosk, the Rewards Center or the slot’s offer menu. For example, Horseshoe Hammond documents a card and PIN process at the machine. Ask the desk for the Las Vegas process on your offer, and check when any loaded balance expires before activating it.

Weigh up converting Reward Credits

You can also use your own Reward Credits for casino Free Play. The published rate is 200 credits per $1, so $25 of Free Play uses 5,000 Reward Credits. Those credits would cover $50 of eligible spend at an outlet that uses 100 credits per $1. Visit the Rewards Center to confirm the conversion, where the Free Play is valid and whether you must use it that day.

Caesars programme rules exclude free slot play coupons, free table vouchers, promotional chips and downloaded free play from Tier Credit and Reward Credit earning. Check your offer terms for how winnings and any unused balance are handled. The app can also list online redemptions where permitted, with different terms from casino-floor offers.

The 2026 new-member Diamond match

Through 31 December 2026, Caesars advertises a Diamond upgrade for new members with an eligible competitor card. The Nevada list includes MGM Rewards Gold, Platinum and NOIR and Venetian Rewards Diamond. Confirm your exact card and the participating Rewards Center before you go. Bring valid photo ID that matches the name on the card. The full terms allow up to 30 business days for processing.

Matched status runs through 31 January 2027 and certain Diamond benefits require 100 earned Tier Credits. Ask the desk to confirm your dinner eligibility. The offer also has a separate extension through 31 January 2028 if you earn enough eligible credits after the start of your match month. For example, the terms list 2,500 credits for a November match and 1,250 for matches made 1–30 December, with qualifying credits earned by 31 December.

Wyndham has separate matching and transfer rules

Caesars lists a route from Platinum to Wyndham Platinum and from eligible Diamond and Seven Stars to Wyndham Diamond. For the reverse match, qualifying stays are the usual route. The full terms also list certain gifted, employment and franchise routes. Status held solely through a Wyndham credit card or acquired through another status match is excluded. Eligible members reapply from 1 February, and the terms allow up to three weeks for processing.

A matched Wyndham Diamond member needs 100 earned Tier Credits for the Caesars Diamond dinner. Transfers between the two balances work at one Reward Credit per Wyndham point, normally up to 30,000 annually in 5,000-point increments. Details must match across accounts. Allow six to eight weeks and compare both redemption values first, since the transfer is final and contributes nothing to tier qualification.

Cruises and Bahamas stays have their own terms

Norwegian Cruise Line lists tier-based discounts and annual voyage offers for qualifying Diamond Elite and Seven Stars members. Caesars says the 2026 Diamond Elite voyage requires 75,000 earned Tier Credits. Price out taxes, port expenses, booking charges and onboard fees before comparing it with a regular fare.

Caesars also publishes separate Atlantis Paradise Island offers with room types and resort-fee treatment that vary by tier and travel month. Verify the actual dates and cash charges with the partner before buying flights.

Holiday Gift Points have their own deadline

Great Gift Wrap Up runs on a separate Gift Points balance from qualifying slots and table play at participating destinations. Sign in to Caesars and choose Great Gift Wrap Up at the bottom of its site to see your balance. For 2026 the Las Vegas Main Event is 7–20 December, with the final event on 21–23 December. Check the eligible redemption window in your offer. Earned 2026 Gift Points expire at 11:59 p.m. on 31 December and do not carry into 2027.

Booster and multiplier events require at least 25 qualifying Tier Credits. Hospitality spend and Tier Credit bonuses are among the exclusions. Caesars says earned Gift Points may take up to four weeks to post. Verify the balance and the event terms before making travel plans around redemption.

Compare the final hotel bill and the value you will use

Check the rate in your signed-in account, then compare your chosen dates across Caesars Palace, Paris, Horseshoe, Planet Hollywood, Flamingo, The LINQ, Harrah’s and The Vanderpump Hotel. Start with room, resort fees, tax and parking, then subtract only credits you expect to redeem. A $40 room with a $50 resort fee costs $90 before tax. A $75 room with an applicable waiver costs $75 before tax.

My Offers in the Caesars app or website can show comp nights, Free Play and resort-credit packages based on your account activity. Check the book-by and stay-by dates, whether you need to opt in and which venues accept the credit. Keep a copy of the offer and confirm the remaining balance before checkout.

What can you spend a Caesars resort credit on?

Read the offer to see which charges it covers. For example, Caesars advertised a package at Flamingo and The LINQ with a daily $50 food and beverage credit for select restaurants, bars and lounges across its Vegas resorts. A credit labelled food and beverage is for participating dining and drinks. A broader resort credit may cover other expenses only if the terms name them. Check spa treatments, retail, room rates, resort fees, taxes and tips individually before counting on coverage.

At check-in, ask for the current venue list and whether to sign each eligible bill to the room. Confirm when the credit starts, whether unused daily amounts carry over and how any excess is charged. Check the folio before checkout. An offer credit has its own terms, separate from a room comp, the $100 Celebration Dinner, your Reward Credit balance and the Diamond Elite airfare benefit.

How rewards work when you travel as a couple

Caesars accounts stay separate. Each person should use their own card for their own play and eligible spending. A shared hotel reservation earns qualifying room credits for the primary guest with the Rewards number on file. Putting both names on a room or splitting its bill does not give both people credits for the same stay. Before booking, decide whose offer and benefits you will use, and ask how eligible extras and any room charges will be credited.

Caesars lists a limited Reward Credit gift for Platinum and above. Both people go to the Rewards Center with ID. The published allowance is 5,000 credits twice a year or 10,000 once. Tier Credits stay with the member who earns them. The Seven Stars Companion Card shares priority service benefits under its terms, while each person keeps a separate account.

A short checklist for UK travellers

Before flying, make sure you can sign in and that your profile matches your ID. Bring your passport to the Rewards Center if you need to verify your identity or collect a physical card. Check whether an offer requires a US address, a state-specific product or local residency. For example, the November–December 2026 Earn for Next Year promotion requires US or Canadian residency, excludes Quebec, and requires registration and marketing opt-in.

On arrival, confirm your dinner voucher, fee waiver and any resort credit. Use your card for purchases you already planned and save your receipts. Before heading home, check your credit balance and expiry. Work out the value of the benefits you would use before spending anything extra to reach a tier.
