Ultimate X strategy guide
Ultimate X rewards a winning hand with a multiplier for the next deal on that line. The best hold balances today’s payout with the value of tomorrow’s multiplier.
- Match the base game, full paytable, number of lines and multiplier schedule before choosing a chart.
- Record the current multipliers. Exact holds can change with their average across the active lines.
- Use an Ultimate X chart: ordinary video poker strategy ignores the value of future multipliers.
Standard multi-line Ultimate X uses 10 credits per line with the feature enabled. At 25¢, three lines cost $7.50 per deal; ten cost $25.
The card analyser below does not calculate Ultimate X holds. Use these specialist references for study; their listed paytables and line counts must match.

Defaults show total credits paid on a five-credit example. Enter the payouts in the machine’s column for your actual wager, including its royal award. These are return credits, not profit. Changing a payout clears the result.

Standard 52-card, one-draw games only. No jokers, multipliers, Ultimate X, bonus side bets or double-up rounds. Discarded cards cannot return. Exact results depend on entering the correct rules and payouts.
