Road closures and pedestrian arrangements depend on the event schedule. Use current official information and check your hotel’s arrival instructions close to your travel date.

Give timed plans more room

Allow extra time for restaurant reservations, shows and airport journeys during busy event periods. A useful route on an ordinary day may be restricted during race preparations or sessions.

Airport → your hotel

  • Allow extra time around race week for event preparation, traffic and dismantling work.
  • Check the official closure map before leaving the airport, then confirm your hotel’s open drop-off entrance with your driver.
  • Follow the airport’s signed taxi or rideshare pickup points. The Las Vegas Monorail does not run to the airport.
