Privacy notice

Who looks after your data

Vegas Bible is currently in private development. This notice covers the casino discovery game, your personal itinerary and customer accounts.

What we use and why

• Your email address and account identifier let you sign in, confirm your account and recover access. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider, Supabase.
• Your chosen alias, playing piece and colour, casino check-ins and completed missions let us save progress and calculate stars, crowns and scores.
• Your saved venues, visit dates, times and itinerary notes let you plan your trip. Your personal itinerary is visible only to your account.
• Hosting and authentication providers process technical information such as IP addresses, request times and security events to operate and protect the service.
• If you contact support, we use the information you send to answer your request.

What other players see

Signed-in players can see your alias, playing piece, score and latest self-reported casino stop. Use an alias that does not identify you. Your email address and detailed mission history are not shown on the game board.

Location, payments and advertising

Check-ins are manual. The game does not request GPS location, contacts, camera or microphone access. This version has no in-app purchases, advertising SDKs or advertising tracking. We do not sell your personal information.

Where information is processed

Supabase provides account authentication, game storage and private itinerary storage. The web version is hosted through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. These providers may process information outside your country under their applicable data-protection arrangements. External map and venue links open services with their own privacy notices.

Device storage

The app stores a sign-in session on your device so you can remain signed in. It also stores local display preferences. Signing out clears the local sign-in session; it does not delete saved game progress.

Keeping and deleting information

We keep your active account and game progress until you delete them. Reset progress removes your playing piece, check-ins, missions and leaderboard entry while retaining your login and personal itinerary. Delete account removes your login, personal itinerary and associated game records from the active service. Provider security logs and backups may remain until their normal expiry, or where retention is legally required.

Vegas Bible currently shares login credentials with Vegas Bible November. Deleting the shared account also ends access to November through that login. It does not delete the separate trip’s shared itinerary or wallet documents.

Your choices

You can browse the board without creating an account. In account settings you can change your password, reset progress or delete your account. Contact us about access, correction, portability, objections or other privacy requests. Depending on your location, you may also complain to your data-protection authority.

Children and venue access

The game is intended for adults and is not directed at children. Follow each venue’s entry and age restrictions. Missions do not grant permission to enter restricted areas.
