Who has Michelin stars in Vegas now?

The 2026 Michelin Guide Southwest recognises four starred Las Vegas restaurants: Restaurant de Joël Robuchon with two stars, and L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon, Restaurant Guy Savoy and é by José Andrés with one each. All four are on the Strip.

Use the current edition when planning a special dinner. Historical stars, awards in another city and a restaurant simply appearing in the Guide are different things. This page keeps those distinctions clear, then adds Vegas Bible’s own restaurants to watch.

Hidden within Jaleo at The Cosmopolitan, é is an intimate counter experience built around a highly imaginative Spanish tasting menu. It earned one Michelin star in 2026. Rather than choosing a conventional starter and main, diners commit to a sequence shaped around creativity, presentation and interaction with the kitchen team.

Michelin describes a meal with playful techniques and theatrical touches throughout. Choose it if discovering the next course is part of the enjoyment and you want dinner itself to feel like an event. It is a different proposition from simply booking a table at Jaleo: make sure the reservation is for é and that everyone in the group is comfortable with the format.

Inclusion without a star is still meaningful. Bib Gourmand recognises good-quality, good-value cooking; it is a separate award, not half a star.

Michelin assesses the food through ingredients, technique, flavour harmony, culinary personality and consistency. Expensive décor and famous names do not automatically earn a star, and a restaurant brand’s award in one city does not transfer to its Vegas location.

A tasting journey or more choice?

At é, the multi-course experience is the point. At Guy Savoy, look at the currently offered tasting and à la carte formats. For Robuchon, decide between the full dining room and L’Atelier’s kitchen-counter setting. Book the experience you want, not just the name.

02 · Budget for the whole evening

The menu is only the starting point

Add drinks, pairings, supplements, taxes, tips and any service charge. Check what a deposit covers and when cancellation fees apply. A Michelin star is not a fixed price category, and an old menu screenshot is not a current quote.

03 · Keep the evening relaxed

Dinner deserves its own time

Ask the restaurant how long to allow, especially for a tasting menu. Share dietary needs before booking, confirm the dress code and leave room for transport. Avoid booking a tight show curtain immediately after a meal intended to unfold slowly.

Current versus historical: a restaurant once holding three stars does not make it a current three-star restaurant. The awards listed here are the 2026 selection. Check Michelin again when planning a later trip.

How many Michelin-starred restaurants are in Las Vegas in 2026?

Four restaurants: Restaurant de Joël Robuchon has two stars; L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon, Restaurant Guy Savoy and é by José Andrés each have one. That is four restaurants holding five stars in total, not five starred restaurants.

Does Las Vegas have a three-Michelin-star restaurant?

Not in the 2026 selection. The highest current Las Vegas award is two stars for Restaurant de Joël Robuchon. Older lists can refer to historical awards and should not be presented as today’s ratings.

Are all the current starred restaurants on the Strip?

Yes. Two are at MGM Grand, one at Caesars Palace and one at The Cosmopolitan. This guide’s separate watch list also includes downtown and off-Strip restaurants, with their locations clearly labelled.

Is Michelin Selected the same as a Michelin star?

No. A restaurant can be included in the Guide without holding a star. Bib Gourmand is another distinct recognition, focused on good-quality, good-value cooking. Check the restaurant’s exact distinction and edition.

Does a chef or restaurant brand bring its stars to a new Vegas location?

No. Michelin recognition belongs to the specific restaurant in the relevant selection. A star at a London, Miami or Paris restaurant does not automatically become a star for a Las Vegas address with the same name.

Are the ones to watch predicted Michelin winners?

No. They are Vegas Bible editorial picks worth following and considering for dinner. Their present Michelin recognition is stated on each card. Only Michelin can announce its future selections.

How much should I budget for a Michelin dinner in Vegas?

Check the current menu for your date and add drinks, pairings, supplements, tax, gratuity and any stated service charge. Ask about deposits, cancellation terms, seating times, dress requirements and dietary needs before paying. Old tasting-menu prices can be misleading.
